Item order

From payment to warehouse storage

Pending Payment
The order has been submitted but not paid.
Pending Orders
Payment is complete and the request is waiting for agent processing.
Ordered
The agent has bought the item and is waiting for the seller to dispatch it.
Shipped (Local)
The seller has sent the item toward the Hipobuy warehouse.
Arrived
The item has reached the warehouse and is waiting for inspection.
Stored
The item is available in warehouse storage for parcel submission.

Submitted parcel

Wait for Payment
The parcel has been submitted and is waiting for payment.
Waiting for Packing
The paid parcel is being packed, weighed and prepared for the carrier.
Waiting for Confirmation
An additional payment may be needed if actual weight exceeds the estimate.
Waiting for Delivery
Outbound processing is complete and carrier collection is next.
Shipped (International)
The parcel has entered international delivery.
I've confirmed receipt
The parcel has been marked as received.
